Warranty

 
Unless otherwise stated all goods carry a 12 month parts warranty. Customers must use warranty arrangements specifically provided.
 
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. Pizza Direct does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.
 
Goods which have been incorrectly wil only be accepted for return with prior approved from Pizza Direct. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are correctly packed with the orginal packinging with orginal manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.
 
Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a goods return authorisation  number from Pizza Direct which can be obtain by contacting are customer service team on 0870 232 3337.
 
Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are returned suitable packaged and for obtaining the necessary proof of delivery and reciept.
